A series of monotypes inspired by an actual footage captured on a microscope, depicting a hypothetical divine apparition through the lens of a microscope. A curious idea drawn directly from the world of bacteria, based on a video I captured this summer while wandering through the microcosm of mold in a laboratory petri-dish. I printed the series of twenty monotypes late September, thinking that the shiny and slippery microscopic universe is the perfect environment for parallel worlds to appear.
